JUSTIN ANDERSON, FOUNDER

Having over two decades of experience as a contractor and real estate investor developing acreage for multifamily and single-family homes across the U.S., as well as his own ventures into property investment, where Justin has successfully flipped over 300 homes throughout his career. Alongside, he has a track record of owning and managing various businesses, including gas stations and hotels with a focus on maximizing profitability and attracting investor interest.

Currently, Justin leads multiple ventures within the real estate sector from managing Airbnb properties in Maui to overseeing a cannabis farm in oregon, and owning substantial land parcels in Wisconsin. Furthermore, Anderson is deeply involved in multifamily investing, having secured several lucrative deals in the past six months alone. Justin takes pride in his ability to raise capital, having raised over $20 million to date.

JAKE DEAN, FOUNDER

Jake has a true passion for teaching, inspiring, and lifting others. He is well known for his ability to command any room, from classroom to convention hall with his radiating tone, sharing the knowledge he has gained as a lifelong learner.

Jake's real estate career boasts a plentitude of multifaceted transactions that include commercial, residential, turnkey rental properties, and major real estate investments. over the last few years he has built a multi-family syndication network spanning from the Southeast to the Southwest areas of the country.

Jake controls units with a total value of over $54MM with deals in Florida, Georgia, Tennessee, Texas, and the Greater Chicago Area.

ALICIA LONG, MANAGING PARTNER

Alicia Long is an ex-Googler, seasoned capital strategist and entrepreneur known for cultivating high-trust relationships with family offices and institutional partners. Featured on Shark Tank and recognized by Inc. Magazine as a Top 100 Female Entrepreneur, she has raised millions across tech and real estate. Today, she leads all capital formation, strategic partnerships, and investor relations for the firm.

AUSTIN MOSS, MANAGING PARTNER

Austin Moss is the Managing Partner of Nova Real Estate Fund, where he leads deal structuring, capital strategy, and investor partnerships. Based in Kansas City, Austin has spent nearly two decades in lending, private credit, and real estate, with hands-on experience across Class A and B multifamily, build-to-rent communities, and income-focused CRE. He has structured and arranged credit facilities ranging from $10M to over $250M for operating companies, sponsors, and family offices, giving Nova a differentiated edge in both capital stack design and execution.

In addition to Nova, Austin is the founder of Capital Collab, a capital advisory and private credit platform, and OpalKadia, his holding company that owns or controls interests across fintech, sports tech, health and med-tech, and real estate. He is a trusted advisor to family offices, pro and retired athletes, and entrepreneurs, known for simplifying complex capital structures and aligning incentives so investors, operators, and communities all win over the long term.
